Zoe Phillipson
Zoe first came to Yoga to balance out the stresses of a busy day job and the intensity of her high energy workouts.
What began as a way to unwind and stretch, quickly became a space for self-connection, spiritual growth, and tuning into the rhythms of nature.
After training at Yoga Kula in Leeds (attaining a 300hr TTC), she now teaches grounding yet energising Vinyasa flow practices, designed to help students connect with the breath, move energy through the body, and leave feeling better than they arrived.
Zoe is passionate about creating inclusive classes for all ages, sizes, and abilities—especially for those who think they’re “not flexible enough”. Off the mat, she loves designing, reading, travelling, and staying active.
Her favourite pose? Wild Thing—heart opening, playful, and full of life.
