I’m a qualified YMCA Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor and I enjoy teaching classes that support the whole body.
I believe Pilates is a brilliant accompaniment to any fitness or exercise routine, helping to improve movement quality, build resilience and support long-term wellbeing.
I love the way Pilates encourages you to really tune into your body through mindful movement and breathwork – helping you feel both strong and grounded.

“When I’m not on the mat, you’ll usually find me out running – currently training for my first half marathon – or enjoying the outdoors hiking and exploring. I also love attending Pilates classes myself, playing tennis, and spending time in the kitchen baking when I get the chance.”
Favourite Pilates exercise: “The Roll Up — a true Pilates classic that builds strength, mobility and control, while encouraging focus and fluid movement throughout the spine.”
