Annie Priestley
Annie has found Pilates to be a constant source of strength, balance, and headspace — helping her both physically and mentally. “For me – It’s more than a workout; it’s a form of self-care.” Annie finds teaching a slice of joy in a busy life juggling teenage daughters and working fill time.

When I’m not on the mat? you’ll often find me running through Leeds parks in the morning, planning my next travel adventure, in a restaurant with friends, dancing around the kitchen, or learning all things Gen Z from my two teenage daughters (who also like to dance around the kitchen!).
Favourite exercise? The Plank — it’s the ultimate core-strengthener and a full-body challenge, with endless variations for all abilities. You can also do it while you’re watching Netflix or reading a book – not that I can hold it for that long!
