Morag Monedero Fallows

Morag has been practising yoga for over a decade and specialises in slower, more introspective styles of yoga as a practical tool for slowing down, softening edges, and meeting yourself with a little more care — especially in the midst of busy, demanding lives.

After completing Yoga Kula’s 300-hour yoga teacher training in March 2025, she went on to train in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and somatic approaches. Morag continues to deepen her understanding of how yoga can support the nervous system, particularly during times of stress, overwhelm, or fatigue.

Her approach is slow, spacious, and supportive, offering clear guidance without pressure to push or perform. She is interested in how rest, gentle movement, and long-held poses can create space for both physical release and mental settling, and she creates environments where students are encouraged to move slowly, take breaks, and make choices that feel right for them.

Morag brings over a decade of experience working as a nurse into her teaching, shaping a trauma-informed, grounded approach that prioritises safety, care, and meeting people where they are.
