3 words to describe Jasmine’s  classes:

  • Balanced
  • Supportive
  • Strong

“When not teaching or working II enjoy Pilates and spin classes as well as running and the gym. I also spend a lot of time building my plant collection and spending time with friends and family”

Favourite Pilates exercise: Shoulder bridge, as it’s a great way to engage and strengthen multiple muscle groups and build spinal and hip mobility.
