Cancelling a Class

On the App

• Sign into the Bsport App
• Along the bottom of your screen there is a row of icons. click on the ‘Bookings’ Icon (Looks like a calendar)
• Here you will see all your bookings and the option to ‘Cancel’ a booking is there underneath as a black cross.

Through Browser

• Log into your Bsport Account below
• Click on your profile (Small round circle with head & shoulders at top right hand side)
• From the list choose ‘My Bookings’
• This will bring all your bookings up
• At the bottom left hand side of the booking click on the ‘More’ button
• Here you will have the option to cancel this booking

Cancellation Policy

If more than 24 hours notice is given of a cancellation then you will be refunded. This is a refund of the class credit back to your bsport account.

If less than 24 hours notice is given then unfortunately no refund can be offered.
