Kate Bryan

Kate started teaching Pilates whilst working in private physiotherapy in New Zealand. She saw firsthand the benefit that low impact movement had on her physiotherapy clients which inspired her to do the APPI pilates course after a move to Leeds.

Kate has completed the matwork APPI levels 1-2.

Teaching mixed ability pilates classes with individual tailoring throughout the class for injury/ personal considerations. Kate also teaches Physiotherapy at The University of Bradford. “My Pilates principles influence my teaching with the students”.

When not teaching pilates “I enjoy all forms of exercise outdoors. I also love a good book, keeping my little garden and trying different craft projects”.
