Megan Stanford

Meg has been teaching yoga for over eight years, delivering classes across Yorkshire and London. Megan’s approach has always been grounded in the belief that yoga should be accessible, supportive and meaningful for everyone, regardless of their stage of life.

A particularly defining moment for Meg came during her completion of pregnancy yoga teacher training whilst at 38 weeks pregnant . This gave Megan a genuine insight into the physical, psychological and emotional changes that take place during this transformative time, not only as a teacher, but as a mother.

For Megan pre and postnatal yoga is about far more than movement. It is about fostering community, building confidence, and ensuring women feel supported during one of the most important transitions of their lives
